Michael
The Kearney Killshots, led by Michael, are one of the UMPL’s most dangerous and unpredictable teams. While their history is still being written, the Killshots have already shown an ability to compete deep into major tournaments. Their biggest result to date came at the Joran Lamoreaux Memorial Tournament, where Michael led the Killshots to a 3–1 record with three knockouts, earning a runner-up finish against the Ascension.
The Killshots’ Lamoreaux run was not without controversy, however. Michael received a technical foul during his match against Hailstorm after a confrontation with the officials, resulting in a free ball that Jager converted. Despite the penalty, Michael went on to win the match. Earlier in the tournament, Michael was also warned by the league after an incident involving Nolan. Those moments have made the Killshots one of the more closely watched teams in the UMPL—but their performance on the table is impossible to ignore. With Michael leading the charge, Kearney have established themselves as a team capable of making a serious run whenever the pressure is highest.
